Orvis Builders Team Triumphs in 'Only The Brave' Mud Run for East Anglian Air Ambulance
Orvis Builders is delighted to share that team members Miles, Aaron, and Robert successfully completed the ‘Only The Brave 2024’ obstacle course and mud run. The event, which took place on Sunday September 22, 2024, proved to be a true test of endurance and strength. Despite the challenging nature of the course, the team powered through, raising £420 for the East Anglian Air Ambulance (EAAA), a charity that relies entirely on community support to continue its lifesaving work.
The East Anglian Air Ambulance plays a critical role in providing emergency medical care across the region. Operating from two bases, the EAAA responds to an average of eight emergencies each day, with each mission costing approximately £3,750. Their rapid response, reaching any location in East Anglia within 25 minutes, is key to reducing transport times to hospitals and enhancing patient outcomes.
